The total price of this Photo Tour Fee is $2,700.

Paying a Reservation Fee of $1,350 is 50% of the entire Photo Tour Fee of $2,700 for this 3-day event. Payment of either one holds one of the very limited, eight spots that are available for this Photo Tour. You can either pay by Credit/Debit Card by clicking on the "Add To Cart" or "Buy Now" Button above.  Or preferably, you can pay by U.S. Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Wire Transfer, by contacting Lance directly by message or email by clicking on the "Contact" button at the top of this page and letting him know you're sending payment, where he will immediately save your spot until the payment arrives.

 

Once you’ve paid your $1,350 Photo Tour Reservation Fee, you will be sent an “Invoice To Be Paid” with the remaining $1,350 Photo Tour fee due before October 1, 2025.  Once the "Invoice To Be Paid" is paid in full, you will be sent a "Paid Invoice" (which is your ticket to participate in this Photo Tour).  If you pay the entire $2,700 Photo Tour fee now, you will receive a “Paid Invoice” (which is your ticket to participate in this Photo Tour), and don’t have to remember to pay the “Invoice to be Paid” amount later on, before the deadline.

 

For this Photo Tour to take place, there has to be a minimum of 4 paid-in-full participants by October 1, 2025, unless Lance Krueger and Las Raices Ranch decide to not cancel it and to hold it anyway.  So, we don't recommend booking flights until after October 1, 2025. You will be notified if the Photo Tour will not happen. If there are not enough participants (less than 4) to make this Photo Tour happen, and if we decide to cancel it (though we can decide to continue the Photo Tour with fewer than four participants), there will be one of four options for you to choose from. 1. You will be refunded 100% of the money that you paid to reserve your spot. 2. Your Reservatio Fee or Full Tuition Payment can be held until the 2026 Photo Tour to hold your spot, and the price you paid in 2025 will lock in your price despite any Photo Tour price increases in 2026. 3. Since Las Raices Ranch is primarily a deer hunting operation, the landowner may book hunters into the remaining rooms unfilled by Photo Tour photographers, and you will share camp with deer hunters. 4. Or the dates of this Photo Tour may change to a week when there are already hunters with a partially booked camp with room to accommodate us, and you will share camp with them. If you don't want options 2, 3, or 4, you can always accept number 1, which is to get your money back if we don't get enough participants to sign up.

If you want to pay for all six spots of a Photo Tour to make it a private event just for you, your colleages, or your friends and family, you can do so.  Lance can also arrange private Photo Tours for you and your group beyond the offered date, but you would have to contact Lance directly to try to find dates that work well for you, Lance, and the ranch, if available.

Once you've registered and paid to reserve your spot, an information page will be emailed to you, letting you know:
